Marvin Louis Vaughn, age 80, of Boaz, passed Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at his home. His funeral service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Boaz Carr Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in the Egypt Community. Rev. Chris Claborn will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Chris Cornelius, Bryant Cornelius, Mark Mintz, Kevin Mintz, David Knight and Ray Vaughn. Visitation will be Saturday from 12 until 2 before the service. He is survived by his wife, Judy Vaughn, daughter, Nichole Burttram (Al), grandchildren, Kody Burttram (Danielle) and Taylor Scott (Quentin), three great-grandchildren, Ashlynd, Juliette and Ella, sisters, Ozella Langley, Doris Griffin and Lorene Standfield, a host of nieces and nephews.
